These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of peptidedevelopmentlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Peptide Development Labs Inc. ("PDL," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general corporate and investor information about PDL, its platform and its development programs. It is not intended for patients seeking treatment, and nothing on the Site is intended to promote or advertise any drug product to the public.
3. No medical advice
The content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health care professional. 4. Investigational products
VELEMPEX™ is an investigational subcutaneous BPC-157 drug candidate. No marketing authorization has been granted by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, and its safety and efficacy have not been established. Any access to an investigational product, including through Health Canada's Special Access Program, is available only where permitted by law and must be initiated by a treating physician. References to the U.S. Section 503A pathway describe a potential regulatory opportunity that remains subject to final FDA action and applicable federal and state requirements.
5. Do not submit health information

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
